How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-21 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

Order in queue

After your payment has been posted, your order will go into our waiting queue for 12 hours before printing. During this 12 hours, you can change the order detail (change size, colour, quantity) or cancel the order.

Production time

We typically take about 3-7 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

Shipping time

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control:

  • Shipping time for the US : 7-15 business days
  • International orders may take an additional 3-5 days.

To ensure the fastest on-time production and delivery we have a wide range of warehouses all over the world. Your product will normally be produced as well as shipped from the nearest warehouse in your area.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link in a shipment notification email. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

Please allow  5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

How much should I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

Shipping for the US:

  • Economy : $5.99 .

  • Fast shipping : $24.99

International shipping*: from $12.99

*Please note that shipping to some special locations may be charged higher shipping costs

*Please note some countries will not have full tracking status.

Incorrect/Insufficient shipping address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
  • If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

 

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.

Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

 

VAT taxes will be charged?

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.
